Title: Engineer Technician II - OH
location: Highland Heights, OH
Duration: 11 Months (Possibility of extension)
Experience:
- 3-5 years professional experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent unless otherwise specified.
Description:
- Create and review technical drawings, blueprints, schematics or specifications. Operate instruments, track test results, and troubleshoot when problems arise. Maintain equipment, including ordering parts and directing or performing preventative and repair maintenance as needed. Maintain logs and write reports of activity results and equipment maintenance.
- The team works in a fast paced environment.
Two primary tasks for this professional will be:
- Creating and reviewing technical drawings. Prefer that the candidate knows either ProE. It would be a plus if the user knows I-DEAS drawing tool. User will also generate drawings for Labels. Will be supporting multiple engineers in the group by executing requests to create/review/update drawings. Update of existing and simple drawings may require turnaround in a few hours (within the day). More complex drawings may need to be completed under a week's time.
- Contribute to checking (detailed checks) of existing drawings and to update specifications that appear on a drawing.
