IT4IT Product Owner
One of my globally leading tech clients is urgently looking for a IT4IT Product Owner (Ideally French Speaking - but not essential) for a long contract in France. Essential Skills:
Continuous Delivery (CD) Experience & Knowledge
Product Owner (PO) Experience
French Language skills will be given priority.
Technical Skills: (Nolio, Jenkins, maven etc.). is a plus but not essential.
Mission/Actions:
- Define the product, its evolution and the value delivered by the team to end users via user stories.
- Participate in the strategic orientation of the product and Prioritize the elements to be delivered to carry out the evolution of the product (product backlog).
- Contribute to the prioritization of major projects/initiatives of the company by participating in prioritization meetings within the framework of the governance in place
- Propose changes (enhancements, optimizations and corrections) that will improve quality, performance and customer satisfaction (internal/external if applicable)
- Define and create the user stories from your backlog and their acceptance criteria
- Decide on the order of priority of the backlog by estimating the business value of user stories (financial value, customer expectation, development cost, knowledge gain, risk) and integrating the stakes and imperatives (regulation) of the company
- Present to the team the stakes, objectives and contents of each user story to:
- give meaning and develop the involvement of the team, also responding to their requests for clarification of the team during the realization
- allow to realize as quickly as possible the good items according to the expectations (criteria of acceptance)
- Retrieve feedback from end users (via sprints reviews and the definition of relevant indicators)
- Communicate on the progress of the "user stories" of the backlog with the stakeholders and the management
- Promote agility in the organization by being active in the PO Guild
Expected Deliverables:
- Backlog of domain defined and maintained
- Manage all elements defined in our clients French Safe Framework (Scope Product Owner including user stories)
Contract: 6 - 12 months
