Job Description:-
PRIMARY SKILLSET:-
L2 Application Support in MainframeTechnology with 4 - 6 years of Experience
Z/OS, CICS, DB2, IKV, JCL, OS Utilities
- Proficiency in Italian and English speaking languages with exposure in working with Global Support team
- Strong understanding of standard ITIL framework and its application in IT landscape(ITIL Certification would be a plus)
- Excellent hands on experience in day to day operations of Production Support environment (Application Operations/Application Management)
- Carry out application release deployments in both UAT & Production environments
- Application and/or Batch monitoring, manage start of day/end of day/intra week/end of week, maintenance/housekeeping activities for applications and database involved
- Manage certificate renewals, furnish supporting information for internal IT application & compliance audits
- Must be able to run Incident & Problem Management calls and importantly make recommendations based on rationale investigation of the issue at hand
- Drive and implement performance improvement & application stability initiatives
- Good to have experience in lending domain(LOANS, Mortgage) and related product software, in context of Application Operations
- Exposure to the below products will be an added advantage (Professionals, Entratel, TLQ7 Multi Business, ALA, SISBA, Ufficio CR, nMatX)
