Description
*The ability to install and maintain Mitel solutions in an ever evolving market place.
*The ability to problem solve in a logical manner in order to rectify customer issues efficiently.
*An in depth working knowledge and capability of understanding customer LAN/WAN infrastructures and the ability to assist in the design, delivery and support of Mitel voice applications using these technologies.
*The ability and drive to learn and work with new technologies and products as required.
The Role and responsibilities
*Plan in advance, where you are the following day and what you may need.
*Communicate with the admin/service team on all customer service aspects.
*Introduce yourself immediately to the site contact once arriving on site, be polite and courteous and listen to what the customer wishes to achieve and plan how to achieve this in the most efficient manner.
