Description
SAP C4C - Cloud for Service Consultant - South Netherlands - 3 months +.
We require a C4C expert/consultant on reporting analytics within SAP Cloud for Service. You will work closely with business members & business process expert to determine & create dashboards & multiple reports on NPS score, complaints, tickets & service contracts to support business KPI's reporting & daily statuses on activities.
You will ensure that standard reports are used or extended within the possibilities, minimize enhancements and think out of the box in case SAP standards are not possible
Activities:
- Daily stand ups
- Make Designs/Document
- Build reports
- Testing
- Support business members/Validate with other IT members on requirements
