IT Support SpecialistWe are currently recruiting for our client, a global ICT services and solutions provider for enterprise, for a IT Support Specialist to join their business in Weybridge.
Position Title: IT Support Specialist
Position Type: 11 month fixed term contract

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to online marketers throughout Europe/CIS and MEA
- Provide direct IT support to the online manager, marketing and web production teams (response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting) based on new global platform (Adobe AEM)
- Day to day contact with Web Agencies - web content production team, online marketing support team
- Guide and release HQ system standard procedure to local IT teams
- Microsite security audit coordination among local, hosting and HQ security team
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in Website operation/development area, enterprise website development project or operation experience
- Experience with the following languages & scripts HTML, Javascript, CSS, .NET, PL/SQL (junior or higher level)
- WebCMS experience is preferred (e.g. HP Teamsite, Adobe AEM)
- Knowledge of web security (XSS, Plain text transmission, etc)
- Database experience is preferred
