Role
A leading Financial Institution based in central London, are in the market for a Market Access Analyst to work within their Client Service team providing all user set up, customer testing and process services. The role offers several years' worth of work.
Responsibilities
- Act as the gatekeeper between clients and the live market
- Perform Connectivity/Certification testing
- Provide market access support
- Identify all Market Access requirements on a project basis
- Responsible for all FIX onboarding tasks
- Assist on the production of technical documentation
Skills Required
- Experience with Fix
- Market Access Exposure
- Onboarding experience
- Working in a support role (client support, apps support, service support)
- Experience speaking to customers
