Front Office Engineer - IT Infrastructure/OS Software/IT Platforms
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
Support in IT infrastructure construction, maintenance and troubleshooting, including server room, network, Servers, cloud, client and office equipment etc.
Preparation of corporate standard OS/Software and security settings before distribution to end users.
User training and support on IT Platforms/Application/Services.
Collecting and analysing functional requirements for business applications and translating these to viable technical requirements.
Communicate with China expert to solve issues, fluency in Chinese and English.
