Role: Surepay Consultant
Location: Portugal with some travel
Duration: 6- 12 months
Rate: NEG per day
Type: Contract
- Technical leader for the Convergent Charging System (ALU Surepay) Small Changes team
- Provide technical leadership for a team of analysts and configuration specialists which can autonomously build, test and deploy the required changes in ALU Surepay solution
- Work within an Agile framework
- Support the team in activities until they become autonomous, such as:
- Conduct training for new team members
- Provide basic essential training about CCS ALU Surepay:
- main modules
- configuration capabilities
- testing tools
- Knowledge transfer for common activities and features:
- Technical guidance on changing existing propositions (features such as: usage, recurring and non-recurring charges, buckets & allowances, thresholds, credit limits, bonus)
- Technical guidance on creating new propositions, based on technical design
- Technical guidance on creating technical designs, based on business demands
Near-shore assignment, based in Portugal, with expected travels abroad for meetings in customer premises (expect ~20% of the time abroad)
