Beacon Hill Technologies has a 18 month contract opportunity for a Software Support Specialist.
Job Details:
- This is a software and accounting customer service position that provides application and support to each customer, in a high pressure environment.
- Must be able to multitask and support intermediate to high-level database and customer service problems while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills are a requirement.
- The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, likes a challenge, and can be supportive within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment.
- This position entails telephone support including customer service, database, and software and accounting troubleshooting.
*Candidate must be flexible with their work schedule and be willing to work any shift when requested due to business needs (our hours of operation are 8:30am-8:00pm Mon-Fri and Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm).*
