Description
The main projects entrusted are:
- Technical support to project teams from a network and security point of view (routing, Firewall, configuration,) for the migration of Adecco applications;
- Incident Management
- Technical project management for the evolution of our security/network platforms in coordination with HP (Proxy, IPS, SSL VPN)
- Incident management and continuous improvement
- Documentation Update
The main recurring activities are:
- Incident escalation management;
- Participation in the Problem, Change and Capacity Management process.
Skills:
Training engineer with good experience in telecoms network project management and technical infrastructure abroad;
- Good technical knowledge of WAN networks (MPLS, routing);
- Very good operational knowledge of Datacenter network technologies (Switch, Proxy, LoadBalancer, Firewalll);
- General knowledge of systems: Active Directory, Linux,
- ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL practices
Language:
English essential
Required qualities:
- Good pedagogue and an excellent relationship, you know how to carry out the various actions with our customers and suppliers;
- Ability to work with great autonomy and reactivity;
- Tenacity;
- International project experience required
- Ability to use the telephone especially in English.
