Technical requirements
Design and Build Cutover Processes and Tools and prepare cutover plan.
Integrate local deviations into generic tools where approved
Execute the Cutover Activities against Plan to support Test, Mock Conversion and sequencing of complex Business Cutover Procedures
Compile data cleansing defects from cutover cycles and agree with business on most appropriate cleansing method (in Legacy application, or in conversion transformation process)
Act as primary reviewer of data cleansing approach and strategy.
Provide post go-live bubble support for key interfaces and post go-live cutover activities
Support the Legacy application support team with interface changes and shut/down re-start needed during cutover
Non-Technical Requirements
High performing, self-starter, very capable stakeholder management skills, experience in managing global/virtual teams
Experienced in MS Office, specifically Excel
Excellent Communication Skill
Ready for travel to central European countries on demand
