Role and Responsibilities
* Able to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for the support and development of various infrastructure systems
*Design and implement IT systems as necessary
* Be a technical reference and escalation point for junior and other technical employees
* Documentation of testing and introductions of IT infrastructure changes
* Work in a second and third line capacity to ensure a smooth running of systems for users
* Communicate changes and estimations effectively and efficiently with team leader
