Your tasks:
- Vital member of the Global LIMS Project Team
- Act as voice to the customer (manufacturing/development site) and interface to the project team
- Act as the global business representative
- Provide global business know-how to define LIMS requirements
- Provide regular update on project progress to Global LIMS Governance Lead
- Actively contribute to integration test, user acceptance test, module test at all sites during deployment phase
- Data migration activities
- Ensure that global requirements and local needs are fulfilled
- Train local trainers and supports end user training
- Provide second level support to end users
- Initiate further template improvement via change requests
- LIMS maintenance; e.g. regression testing for new releases and changes
Your qualifications
- Deep knowledge of quality processes and project management
- Deep knowledge of LIMS system
- Fluency in English
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent team player skills
- Good management / leadership skills
