Cloud Operations Engineer - Dublin

The Service Operations Engineer will be the first point of contact, responsible for incident and service health management activities for the Cloud Services which are critical dependencies for many of their corporate customers. The DOC team will collaborate with other service engineering teams, to identify and implement continuous improvements focused on availability, reliability, and operational cost efficiency. This will support an environment of tens of thousands of Servers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mitigation of Customer reported tickets
2. Proactive monitoring of Live Site services
3. Root cause analysis of mitigated incidents
The Cloud Operations Engineer they require will have solid experience in networking as well as SQL troubleshooting, DB Scripting and PowerShell.

- The position will be offered on a rolling contract basis and will pay an attractive rate of up to 75,000 pro-rata, depending on experience.
