Job Description:
- The IT Asset and Licensing Compliance Administrator will own responsibility for tracking all IT hardware and software assets, and for ensuring software license compliance throughout the organization.
- Primarily responsible for administration and management of Information Technology assets, IT asset life cycle management and reporting.
- All software license compliance, maintenance support contracts and IT fixed asset property inventory.
- Ensures that the IT asset goods are appropriately utilized to include standards modelling, optimization, etc. in support of the bank. .
- Serves as liaison to Customer Support in support of association and bank software licensing.
- Identify and develop the hardware/software inventory through the use of the Asset Management/Discovery tool.
- Track and control IT Asset property inventory, manage logistics set forth by program requirements for the Asset Management life cycle. Identify existing support contracts while developing and maintaining a centralized library organizing and housing service agreements and licenses contracts for current and historical purposes.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce policies, procedures, and controls surrounding IT Asset procurement and management.
- Works with and supports Audio/Video Conferencing service provider. Coordinates all Audio/Video conferencing equipment upgrades, repairs and service calls with Customer Support in support of common area Video Conferencing equipment maintenance contract.
- Monitors open issues and Assyst tickets, coordinates and manages outage conditions with third-party and Customer Support. Actively manages the vendor relationship for the bank's Audio/Video solution and provides leadership role and contract support as required.
- Assists Procurement and IT departments with budgetary planning regarding IT Asset life cycle. Provide reporting and contribute Fixed Asset updates on active and retired assets that may need replacing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT Systems/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent years of work related experience.
- At least 6+ years software/hardware inventory management experience
- 5+ years' experience in at least three of the following areas: Microsoft Volume Licensing, Hardware asset tracking, Software license compliance, Inventory management - Datacenter Infrastructure, Secure data destruction and equipment disposal
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, take initiative, work under time constraints, and exercise independent judgment
- Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision and maintain license compliancy
- Knowledge of or experience with Polycom, Cisco/Tandberg, other video conferencing equipment
