Proteus Europe is searching for a French and Dutch speaking Support Engineer for a 48 month contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.

Your New role:-
For Service Desk User Support, our client is searching for an SLM Desk agent to work in successive shifts (2 x 8 - 5d).
This person will be responsible for taking user calls reporting an incident and/or handling ICT requests. It will also have to follow up the tickets and contact the different resolution teams so that the tickets are resolved within the agreed times. It should be noted that I-ICT supports office (PC, Office, ...) and telephony solutions.
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
- Be able to do the initial steps of a basic diagnosis for a connectivity problem.
- Be familiar with a ticketing tool like HP Service manager 7
- Desktop management and IP diagnostics
- Active bilingual (NL/FR)
- Windows 7 Active Directory -

- Communicating in writing
