Workday Interfaces/Interface Coordinator, French Speaking

The role is not to coordinate a project. It is to coordinate the support activities around data interfaces (corrective actions, evolutive actions, Requests for information).
Role description:
An onsite resource in charge of the Customer facing, team coordination.
The resource would have to:
Scope: Extension of the current WD support model with FR resource to support the new roll-outs and extension of the interfaces scope ( interfaces) and reinforce the Global team facing the customer
The onsite resource would be in charge of the coordination of the activities for the new interfaces () Full time position for a year starting March-April.
Transition From Mid-March to Mid-July
- Support the transition from project to Support
- Review the project documentation, summarize the major interfaces attributes and raise questions
- Attend the KT sessions on the integrations, challenge project team regarding the past issues, risks...
- Gather and formalize the feedbacks on the KT sessions and control the management of the feednacks by the project team.
- Control that all required procédures are on track.
Support from Mid July to Mid October first - Extension until End of April if everything goes well.
- Control the assignment of the tickets
- Control the quality of the answers and update when possible
- Control the respect of the delays of resolution
- Understand the tickets issues and the route cause, solutions in order to priorize and summarize to the Customer the points
- Provide a weekly summary of the situation
- Attend the operational meetings with the concerned countries referents to review the issues, the urgencies or pending points
- Answer Customer requests in case of escalation
Flexible start date (ie immediate to 3 months notice)
