Onsite Technical Support Engineer
I am currently looking for a Onsite Technical Support Engineer to work based in Zaventem, Belgium for a 6 month rolling contract. We are looking to pay up to €330 per day for this role, depending on experience.
You will be responsible for first line preventive and corrective field maintenance of mobile network with 24/7 stand-by support.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Re-active restore services according to the SLAs (Service Level Agreement) on the mobile network
- Pro-active perform preventive maintenance on mobile network (checklist completion and small corrective actions).
- Support all departments with onsite support activities to meet the customer SLAs and KPIs
Skills and Ability required:
- Very good telecom knowledge.
- 2G, 3G and 4G mobile network knowledge (HW and SW) on ZTE and E///. (Knowledge of the GSM, UMTS and LTE structure)
