Configuration and Change Manager. Our client a global company is searching for a configuration and Change Manager for a project in Sweden. Senior Configuration Manager Functional skills: Excellent knowledge of software development configuration and change management. Experience in configuration and change management methods and tools like GIT, Clearcase/Clearquest. Good knowledge of general IT concepts eg standards, infrastructure and platforms, frameworks and development methods. The patience and skills to easily learn new tools and adapting them to the needs. The ability to handle a changing environment and high workload. Good people skills in order to coach and guide developers to ensure that processes, policies and guidelines are being followed. Securing an effective process for configuration management. Making sure that process is supported by relevant tools. Govern the configuration management process and make sure it is followed. Making sure that relevant configuration management plans exist and are updated. Continuously reviewing efficiency/quality and improving the processes. Support team members in resolving issue in the processes.Suitable candidate must speak fluent English.Swedish speaking candidates will be at an advantage but this is not entirely necessary.
