Senior Voice Engineer
Dublin - Contract
My client, a global organisation, are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer who has developed specific expertise in Oracle ACME SBC. You will also have good exposure to SIP Protocol's used for SIP Trunking.
This role will initially be a six month contract position with a likelihood of extension thereafter. The successful candidate will report into the Customer Contact Practice Manager.
The Role:
- You will support Voice & Telephony environments within EMEA region.
- Troubleshooting of complex SIP issues.
- Provide expert advice to management on SIP Routing strategies.
Have you?
- Knowledge of - Avaya Aura platforms: System/Session Manager, CM, UC.
- High level exposure to WAN/LAN/OSPF/Layer 3 Routing protocols.
- Experience in Cisco UC, Cisco CUBE & Cisco SME.
