Description
We are looking for SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central & Onboarding consultant for a 6 month project in the United Arab Emirates.
We are looking for a candidate having experience in implementing below modules in SAP SuccessFactors:
- Employee Central & Onboarding
- Minimum 3 - 4 year experience on Employee Central & Onboarding module; having 1 to 2 end to end EC & Onboarding implementation experience
- SF certified in Employee Central/Onboarding
- Good knowledge in configuration of EC with Time and Position Management etc.
- Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
- Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.
- Knowledge and experience of any other SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
