Integration Engineer - Amsterdam
You'll be working on a next generation set top solution for digital TV managing the end to end integration.
Role
Technical E2E delivery for their set top box (STB) platform
Integration and end to end validation of the integrated system
Support in technical planning of entire program from inception to deployment with tasks cut out for team leads or managers of sub-teams
Engaging with the business stakeholders onsite and remote to understand requirements, follow up day to day with proper escalation and management/resolution of issues in control
Coordinate multiple vendor or supplier contact points ensuring delivery and deployment within timelines or appropriate mitigation steps when required
Design solutions on both server and client side of media streaming or integration component
Experience
5+ years of experience in System Integration in Digital TV
Experience in the cable, satellite or telco industry is essential
End-to-End System Integration of B2C video services, CATV technologies, STB and DTV Middleware platforms and Video Delivery technologies
If you have experience of companies like Alcatel Lucent, Nokia, Ericsson, Sky or Virgin Media in a similar role, it would be a plus but not essential.
