Roc Search is currently recruiting for a MicroFocus Deployment Engineer to work for a client of mine in based in The Hague, Netherlands for a contract opportunity.
Location: The Hague, Netherlands
Job Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration of contract: 3 months initially
Rate: Market daily rate
The program will transfer Cobol applications from the Mainframe to a Linux/MicroFocus environment. You will be responsible for the implementation of Build and Deploy Pipelines for the MicroFocus Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Build and Deploy pipelines;
- Develop tools for reception of source code and perform quality checks;
- Build an fully automated workflow in the Software Factory;
- Write user documentation, including work instructions
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience with products like BitBucket, Bamboo, Artifactory, UrbanCode Deploy, Ant en Maven;
- Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), native Cobol (Micro Focus Cobol), Micro Focus Enterprise Server is preferable;
