Lead Generation/Market Development Representative (Italian)
Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.
They require an Italian and English speaking Market Development Representative with lead generation experience in a high-tech or online company to join their dynamic team. Initially on an 11-month contract responsible for engaging prospects, discover their needs, asking necessary questions, taking notes and recommending a course of action. This role sits within our client's rapidly expanding Cloud team where you will have the opportunity to promote leading, cutting edge products within the Cloud/IaaS/PaaS/SaaS areas.

A general day:
- Qualifying sales leads across a broad portfolio of products, channels, segments and regions.
- Act as first point of contact in this area of the company.
- Engage prospects, discover their needs, ask qualifying questions, capture detailed notes and recommend a course of action.
- Strive for exceptional customer engagement by providing relevant, accurate and timely information about company products.
The skills required:
- Degree qualified.
- Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English
- At least 1 years' experience in sales, marketing or business development, with lead generation responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a high-tech company.
- An interest in cloud computing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of assessing a prospects' needs and recommend a course of action.
