Order Fulfillment Analyst: Service Requests, Statement of work
A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation based in Prague is seeking a Order Fulfillment Analyst to work on a contract basis.
Requirements for the role are as follows;
*Provides a single point of contact and end-to-end responsibility to ensure submitted service requests have been processed.
*Provides initial triage of service requests to determine, if the request is aligned with the architecture rules and which technical resource units shall be purchased.
*Provides quote and pricing information
*Prepare internal Statement of Work document for a signatory
*Ensures readiness of other supportive documentation required for the order
*Communicates daily with internal and external suppliers
*Informs customer about status and progress
*Collects status and information from various sources
*Updates the configuration database
*Follows up, deals expedite and escalates the order
*Aligns with customer about handover and testing schedules before hardware is set operational
