Infrastructure Engineer (PowerShell)
One of our latest clients is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (PowerShell) for a 4-6 month contract. The ideal start date is Mid-April 2017.
Project Summary:
- Project will cater for the design, build, testing and implementation of Windows Server 2016-ready Citrix Platform. It will also assure the application readiness and upgrade the business services hosted on the current platform.
The Infrastructure Engineer (PowerShell) will be responsible for:
- Review, propose, plan, document, test and implement changes to existing automation framework.
- Actively cooperate on global design of Citrix Platform
- Investigate problems and other requests for support and determine appropriate actions
- Support project delivery by providing the product specific expertise
- Provide key technical consultation with major migration and transition programs
The Infrastructure Engineer (PowerShell) should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong in Windows Server 2008R2 or higher, Windows 10, Citrix XenApp 6.5, Citrix XenApp 7.x, PowerShell, automation framework
- Familiar with DSF, Windows 2016, Citrix XenApp (7.11 or higher), PowerShell 5.0, automation framework development, VMware vSphere, agile development, orchestration, deployment automation, Windows user environment management, continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in Scripting and automation of server-based computing environments.
- 3+ years of experience in a large, multi-vendor, computing environment.
- High school/University degree oriented to computer/technical area is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships.
