Global IT Solutions Company requires a suitably experienced Dynamics Great Plains Support Consultant based at their modern offices in Peterborough.
This is an initial 3 month contract, you will have strong Dynamics GP 2015 experience.

Dynamics GP 2015 - core modules
Field Service Module (Contracts Administration; Returns Management; Service Call management; Depot management)
Microsoft SQL Server - queries; simple data updates
GP Reporting toolset
Job Role Activities:
BAU support to users for issues and requests:
o Errors
o Unexpected system behaviour/results
o Performance Degradation
o Rectifying mistakes
General advice and answering questions:
o Can you help me with ?
o How do I ?
o Does the system ?
o Is there a way..?
o Is there a report which..?
o Can you explain ?
Maintenance - integrations; data inconsistencies
