Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer for a large group of companies.
Required skills:
-IT Diploma. Bac+2 (+3)
-Webmaster skills are considered as an advantage
-Must have experience with Windows environment. Windows Server 2012 administration
(Active Directory, Group Policy permissions, Print management). PC Troubleshooting
(Windows7, win10)
-Desktop troubleshooting
-Experience with VPN connections and Firewall
-Webmaster (Wordpress, administration)
-Sharepoint power user knowledge
-Availibility to travel
His/her main tasks will be:
1.) Resolve issues that cannot be solved by first line (remote) support,
2.) Assist users in daily tasks. Backup support for the first line
3.) Act as a first support line agent for Aliphos Dukerque and Aliphos Rotterdam
4.) Collect issues on each site from previous week and resolve them. check/test and close the issue only with the agreement of the user.
5.) Installations, upgrade of computers in each site
6.) Maintain the database system with assets (computers, licences, etc).
7.) Travel to different sites for ad-hoc interventions
8.) Create documentation (helpdesk manuals)
9.) Periodical check for security issues and proactively come with improvements
The incumbent must do also Global monitoring (checking backups) and administration of the Servers of the entire group
In any of the above task list he/she can ask the help of the external party (training is provided by IT Director)
