Your tasks:
- Enabling the migration of the old architecture to a cloud based infrastructure service
- Architectural governance and facilitation of architectural designs
- Developing design concepts to achieve standardisation and consolidation of infrastructure and applications
- Providing strategical support for the migration
- Serving as technology expert on areas such as storage device, LAN, WAN and data centres
- Proving guidance and participation in design reviews
- Validating technology approach and associated products
Your qualifications
- Experience as an architect in infrastructure migration projects
- Experience in VMWare and virtualisation
- Broad knowledge in the areas: WAN, LAN, MPLS, VPN, IBM Mainframe
- Experience in project management
- Good knowledge of ITIL v3
