Description
Beacon Hill Technologies has an opportunity for a Sr. Voice Engineer with our client located near North Olmsted, Ohio. This is a 6 month contract position to start.
Position and Required Experience:
Support Cisco Voice Over IP Technologies such as Call manager (CUCM), Unity Unified Messaging, Jabber and UCCX
Configure and maintain SRST, Voice Routing Protocols and Voice Gateways
Experienced in supporting Contact Center including call flow and Scripting
3-5 years hands on experience with Voice Over IP technologies
Understand QoS, routing protocols, WAN and IP segments
CCNP preferred
