We are working alongside one of the leading brands from within Telecommunications as they look to recruit an OSS Solution Designer. The aim is to recruit a customer centric and solution orientated OSS Solution Designer.
The role of the OSS Solution Designer will be to translate requirements in to specific system and process architecture designs by developing solution documents whilst ensuring the solution is compliant and aligned to the published blueprints.
Whilst in the role of OSS Solution Designer you will be responsible for:
- Translation of specific requirements into specific system, application and process architectures
- Development and delivery of High level solution documents in accordance with the scoped requirements
- Ensure the solution architecture is aligned to technology and infrastructure roadmaps
- Review and approval of OSS functional designs, technical designs, interface specs and data mappings - liaising with cross-functional teams
- Leading complex transformation projects
- Providing technical leadership to RAN and Core Ops Teams
As the OSS Solution Designer you will demonstrate and enhance your skills across:
- Delivery of customer focused solutions
- Ability to work with stakeholders/vendors and show a good understanding of Telco products
- Knowledge of Telecoms networking such as Core/RAN and IP Ethernet
- Deep understanding of OSS applications including IBM Tivoli/Netcool/Cramer/Infovista/Sevone/HP OV etc
- Domain Certifications such as eTOM/TOGAF/ITIL
