Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP data Migration expert for a role based in Brussels.
Scope:
- This person will be integrated in the third level support team and will participate actively in the coordination, support and deployment of projects.
- He/She will perform enhancement support package installations, upgrades and migrations of SAP systems and will give support to our customers.
Skills required:
- SAP skills on migration from Oracle to Sybase.
- Performance, backup setup, migration scenario's, architect view on whether they should use HANA or Sybase for specific systems
- Hands-on technical guru.
General skills:
- High sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills & taking initiatives of customer request
- Assess risks and criticality of issues to appropriately prioritize issues
- Having skill to handle high priority situation independently.
- Project management skills to lead and coordinate transfer projects of additional work from local to IDC
- Good communication skills: in writing, verbal and in usage of the right medium for the right goal
- Flexible to work out of business hours, including weekends.
- Min. 3 years' experience. in multi customer environment
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
