Proteus Europe is searching for a Functional Analyst for our client based in Brussels, BelgiumOur Client :-
Our client is, as the first universal direct bank, a strong player on the Belgian market. The bank provides its customers with a wide range of financial products and services via the distribution channel of their choice (click and face). Our clients customers are based in retail as well as private banking clients, as well as small, medium and large enterprises.
Your New role :-
- contributing to define the users requirements and examining potential functional solutions in conjunction with the IT business experts
- performing functional analyses and advising your internal clients in the choice of solution, with a specific focus on our client and contracts database application.
- participating in the creation of and validating the test scenarios
- writing the functional documentation
- providing functional support and distributing the necessary information to all participants
- (when needed) assist the testers in testing the changes in the application
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- master degree or equivalent through experience
- experience in functional analysis is an asset
- experience in working with a Customer Data/Master Data Management application is also an asset
- an excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset
- keen interest to work on IT projects

-communicative and able to listen: in order to get a clear understanding of the needs of your internal clients and translate these needs to the technical parties involved
-analytical and detail oriented: as you mapped all possible obstacles and difficulties, there are no surprises for you during the project
