Proteus Europe is searching for a IAM Project Manager speaking Dutch avaialble for a long term contract in the NetherlandsOur Client :-

Your New role :-
The company has several projects impacting Identity and access management (IAM) services due to integrations, divestments and improvements. IAM services include enterprise logon through Active Directory and several directories, Single Sign-on platforms, Identity management services (provisioning) platforms and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) among others.
Those projects take place while current IAM services are still performed and up and running.
Scope of work
- Facilitate an intermediate state for IAM services within both the companies by providing access in both legacy environments for the integrated companies
- Facilitate an intermediate state for IAM services within both the companies by providing access to the environment and the divested company
- Integrate the Active Directory and LDAPs into an end-state solution
Responsibilities
The Project manager will be responsible for the execution of the projects and the integration of IAM services within the new company:
- Defines the project plan with overall scope, deliverables, planning, budget and timelines;
- Defines project methodology and governance structure with a steering committee, senior user board and project teams;
- Reports to the program manager IT Infrastructure Integration services and Manager IAM on progress, issues, risks and budget;
- Manages project teams and personnel on project deliverables and milestone targets;
- Represents the IAM project in governance bodies and explains the overall goals and migration approach;
- Assures together with the IAM architect for a solid migration and integration approach of IAM technology and services;
- Aligns the IAM migration approach with a future roadmap on IAM services, avoiding undoable decisions in implementation that will not support the long-term vision on IAM.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- 5-10 years experience in project management, managing large projects in sensitive environments
- Knowledge on a functional and conceptual level of IAM solutions and platforms
- Experienced in working in a global dynamic organization and migration program
- People manager, understands how to work and lead multi-cultural project teams
- Experienced in contracting and working with external partners
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions
- Good subject matter knowledge on IT Security and IAM
- Capable in explaining IT Security and IAM to different stakeholders, up to board levelSolid experience in IAM migration projects
- Business English is a must, project language is English
- Excellent communication skills
