Description
Citrix System Administrator wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Solid knowledge in working with Citrix
- Customer-focused team-player with good technical skills
- Interest in running global bank systems
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- 3rd level support including change implementation of enterprise class remote computing solutions along with responding and providing to escalations from 1st / 2nd level support teams
- Managing the global Citrix, VMware and Remote Access Infrastructure Incidents during EMEA hours with an element of weekend coverage for any Sev 1 / 2 escalations
- Following established procedures and processes to ensure that Audit and Regulatory requirements are met
- Providing support and coverage during BCM tests as well as following company standards and procedures including security and change control
- Taking part in projects from initial technical evaluation phase to provide design and implementation plans to respective stakeholders according to project requirements
