Pricing Administrator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Business School Diploma / Commercial apprentice degree
- Several years' experience in administrative functions, preferably in international organizations
- Mastery of MS Office tools (especially Excel), as well as expert skill levels in VBA (Excel / Access)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, good knowledge in German and / or French, other languages are considered a plus
Your tasks:
- Maintaining master files via Diner Program
- Reviewing correctness of approval process and being responsible for Intercompany Transfer Price process for defined area and for 3rd-party price administration and input into the JDE System
- Collecting related approvals from Area Regional Management
- Responsible for opening and maintaining article master data files for manufactured products in JDE including Cost of Goods sold, unit of measure and Transfer Price to affiliates
- Issuing and providing APL price list for distributors and Export Markets
- Supporting area controllers in customer price related tasks
- Performing back-up during vacation periods in the CCA department
