I am currently looking for a Oracle SOA Technical Manager, But my Client is happy to speak with Architects as long as they meet as much of the spec as possible.
Details:
To provide expert advisory for smooth delivery of service offerings and enhance/customise solution-sets in line with the strategy of the practice.
To write white papers and other collateral's for enabling practice evangelization
To understand client environment| customise solution-sets and consult the delivery team in key project phases like solution design
To guide, manage, develop and engage the team for enhanced productivity
To gain user acceptance for deployment of the solution
To review project deliverable's for first time right delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction scores Ready to work in production support assignment for the mission critical applications
Responsible for identifying Potential issues from Oracle Fusion Middleware Admin (SOA,OSB, WebLogic),ODI, Database, integration services perspective and provide solutions to eliminate them Technically guide the support & development teams
Ability to drive team in crisis situation
