Description
Senovo IT is urgently looking for a Solution Designer in Milan for a long term assignment.
The Solution Designer should have the following skills/experience:
Role: Senior Solution Designer
Accountabilities:
- Support to requirements collection, scope definition and validation (including impact assessment for Change Requests)
- Preparation and coordination of technical workshops ensuring all design activities are under control from a customer's viewpoint
- Identification and support of solution options, acting as interface between Business/Architects and 3rd party system integrators
- Review of High Level Design and Low Level Design documents (HLD/LLD)
Experience:
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the role of Solution Architect or Functional/Technical Lead in the area of software development, ideally with BMC Remedy or other equivalent systems
- Experience in international projects and workgroups spread across multiple countries is preferred
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management processes and tools, ideally in the context of Telco operators
- Knowledge of SOA Architectures and Web Services
- Good spoken English, full professional proficiency in comprehension and writing
Fluent in Italian and English
