Description
The project for the Support Engineer involves transitioning from Genesys cloud to on premise. This is voice only for the moment but they plan to expand the solution with digital channels. Looking for people to initially work as a BAU Support Engineer but then will be expected to help with the migration of the solution to on premise and then expansion with digital channels.
It is a 12 month contract with an additional 12 months rolling and then it will stay rolling as they add digital channels to their Genesys voice solution.
