Description
The Voice Communications Manager will work collaboratively with the Assistant Director for IM&T to develop, manage and implement the Trusts telephony, Voice Recording and mobile data strategy including the necessary integration between YAS systems and other Health Organisations and 999 Services. In addition the post holder will manage the Trust telephony implementation to support the Integrated Urgent and Emergency Care strategy as well as the NHS Digital strategy.
The Voice Communications Manager will proactively manage the technical environment in order to ensure maximum availability and the efficient operation of the Trust's 24/7x365 business critical telephony and mobile data network services that are relied upon for Real Time operations across operational areas in the Emergency Operations Centre, Urgent Operations Centre, Patient Transport Centre, Incident Control Room and Fall Back Control.
