Description

You will be working in the Corporate Technology division as an IT Help Desk Agent in the Finance sector for the biggest bank's HQ in Belgium.

You are a fully trained and autonomous Help Desker with at least 2-3 years experience, requiring minor supervision. You are fluent in English and speaks the 2 national languages.

This is a 12 month contract and you will be part of the help desk team which is direct contact with the entire organization, across all locations and covering a very large panel of events for which end-users need support.

The following criteria describes the overall expectations of the function:
- Complexity & problem solving: Handles standard situation by relying on existing procedures and methods
- Decision making: Relies on existing processes and policies
- Strategic approach and impact: Focuses on execution in his/her domain, according to defined processes and methods.
