Your tasks:
- Enable customer-centric customer interactions across all related touchpoints through integration of relevant components
- Product- and Project Management support for product stack
- Rollout management of system components (e.g. web/app analytics and engagement systems) into websites and apps, steering of technical integration with marketing and/or technical stakeholders incl. suppliers
- Coaching of Marketing stakeholders to make most use of the integrated systems and apply the Digital Marketing stack efficiently (esp. the provided customer journey/behaviour analytics as well as mobile engagement tools), incl. facilitation of best-practice-sharing amongst stakeholders
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in product and project management (in telecommunication environment)
- Solid technical understanding
- Experience in coaching of marketing stakeholders' and digital marketing
- German and English fluently
