Description
My client is a world renowned consultancy firm looking for a French speaking Techno-Functional ServiceNow consultant on an initial 3 month contract with view to an extension up to 12 months. The right candidate will have good technical knowledge of ServiceNow as well as ITIL practices in order to drive customer workshop. From a functional viewpoint you should be able to estimate workload on development to perform, make recommendations to customers based on their business needs as well as assess the maintainability of the product. Whilst the role is based in Paris primarily, you may be required to travel to other sites including, Rennes, Lyon and Toulouse.
The successful candidate must be able to:
Suggest solutions and alternatives based on configuration and/or development
Collect setup data and perform configuration tasks
Assess development feasibility and effort with ServiceNow development partner
Coordinate move to UAT, tests, sign-off, move to production, early life support
Manage release, deployment and change tickets related to ServiceNow
Maintain solution documentation of ServiceNow (technical and functional)
Perform regular refresh of non-production environments
You should also have the following skills and experience:
Fluent French communicator (speaking, reading and writing)
Web development (HTML, JavaScript, XML, Web services)
Database development (SQL) and conceptual data model
Knowledge of ITIL v3 processes is a plus
Problem analysis and resolution
Customer service orientation with good communication skills
Able to liaise with internal and external environment
ServiceNow System Certifications
ITIL V3 certified
Masters degree in relevant discipline.
