Description

Our client is looking for a Security Cleared (SC Level Minimum and current) Oracle Human Capital Management (HR+ Payroll) Functional Analyst for a 6 1 12 month contract with extensions likely. This is for a cloud integration/migration project.

Scope of Services to be undertaken:
1. Working as a functional subject matter expert on Oracle Payroll and HR Modules alongside the existing functional team through the test cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression) and through the Dress Rehearsal and Go-Live Cut Over
2. Defect resolution for configuration and interface/integration errors identified during SIT, UAT and Regression Testing
3. Liaise with Developers for any defect resolution requiring code changes
4. Working alongside the Test Team to ensure their understanding of any new R12.2.5 new or amended features, assisting in the writing of test scripts and executing tests

5.Working alongside the Test Team to ensure their understanding of in-scope interface and integration testing, assisting in the writing of test scripts and executing tests if needed, working with the Data Manager on the provision of sample data for/from third party systems, process impacts and file handling impacts relating to testing of interfaces/integrations
7. Working with the Change Lead to ensure an understanding of new or amended features and their potential impacts on business processes, presenting these features to the business and supporting any decisions and subsequent impacts resulting from these changes. Providing information to the Change Lead regarding the identification of impacted user groups and the size and nature of the impact
8. Assisting in Cut Over planning for Dress Rehearsal and Go-Live including ordering of tasks, concurrent program batch scheduling, config release, data reconciliation testing and smoke testing.
Skill sets required:
1. Strong functional knowledge of at least two of HRMS (including Payroll and HR)
2. Experience of R12.2+
3. Basic technical skills regarding workflow, form extensions and personalisations, core tables.
4. Experience of formal testing methods
5. Experience of managing interfaces, both in-bound and out-bound.
6. Ability to liaise with senior business representatives and stakeholders
