Description
We are looking for a Quality Consultant to join our team working with an EU Agency in Tallinn, a historical and charming city on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Working under our contract with eu-LISA, you will help our client accomplish their mission of supporting all the EU member states for a safer Europe through technology.
Tasks will include:
- Maintenance and evolution of the Quality Management System and associated documentation;
- Development, implementation and follow up of quality assurance procedures;
- Participate in ex-ante and ex-post quality evaluations;
- Provision of quality studies, assessments or other quality related deliverables;
- Provide advice and implement actions to improve quality management.
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
Professional experience and education:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor degree or equivalent) after the secondary school
- Minimum 6 years of relevant IT professional experience
Professional competencies:
- Strong experience in IT Quality Assurance and Quality Control; ISO 9000;
- Knowledge of testing standards, methodologies and tools such as ISO 17015;
- In-depth knowledge of IS quality assurance and quality control;
- Good knowledge of the CMMI;
- Good knowledge of information systems life cycle and software development methodologies (eg RUP);
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Applications including MS Project/Project Server, Excel and Visio.
This position is offered as a long term freelance contract.
The successful candidate should be able to start ASAP.
