Oracle Service Cloud or RightNow Administrator
Next Ventures are urgently looking for an Oracle Service Cloud administrator with the following relevant experience:
- Strong experience of planning, designing, executing and troubleshooting in:
All administrative aspect of maintaining and managing Oracle Service Cloud environments
o Single/Multi Instance
o Environment Management (Cloning, Upgrade, Post Cloning, setup, etc )
o Complete administrative settings which include and not limited to emails, integrations and all other settings
Upgrade planning, execution and troubleshooting
Environment Cloning
Interface Cloning
Managing and possibly designing email solutions
Exposure in maintaining outreach mailbox setup
Exposure to Akamai and Vhost changes will be helpful
Exposure to working on multiple countries and maintaining at least 3 interfaces will be valuable
Any experience in developing industrialized solution for automation in any area in Oracle Service Cloud will be valuable
Strong analytical skills required with someone who is able to organize his tasks, plan them well, execute them with precision and then report back will be extremely important
Oracle Service Cloud full life cycle exposure from initiation to deployment to maintenance will be very valuable
Owning the responsibility on Requirement gathering, Designing, Development and Deployment with roll outs process of the enhancement requests.
Should be experienced in end-to-end know-how of Oracle Service Cloud (previously known as RightNow) product which is part of Oracle Cloud.
