The mission description is below.
Mission description:
He/she will manage (day to day) the Windows server operating systems
He/she will manage (day to day) the file and print environment
He/she will manage (day to day) the storage (Netapp) L1-L2
He/she will manage (day to day) the anti-malware environment
He/she will manage (day to day) the ESX VMWare environment
He/she will manage the Linux (RH) environment
Service description:
Manage (day to day) = second-level support, pick up cases helpdesk can't solve.
Understanding + proven experience of following domains is a must:
W2K8R2 W2K12R2 operating systems
File and print services
Netapp storage management (L1-2)
Linux (Red Hat)
Anti-malware solutions :
o Trend Micro Deep Security
o Officescan
o Scanmail
o TMCM
VMWare ESX 6.0
Lumension (Heat) patching system
Must be able to speak/understand:
o Dutch
o French
o German
o English
Understanding and experience of following domains- products is a PLUS
o Active Directory
o MS Exchange
o SCCM - SCOM
o PowerShell
o Heat (ticket) system
o Uniflow print system
Additional information:
40h/week
Workplace: Brussels
Service may be travelling max 2 days per week in Germany
