Description
Are you a senior Real Time Embedded Software Engineer with commercial experience of implementing hardware blocks, integrating firmware into device drivers, optimising serial buses and interfaces (eg I2C, USB, UART, SPI) and resolving jitter/latency issues?
A well-know innovator within the smart-chip sector is looking to engage four senior Embedded firmware engineers to join a successful project in its next stage of product evolution at least to the end of this year and very likely to extend for a further 6 months+ into 2018.
You will need experience of developing low-level C programming firmware on ARM based processors and crucially experienced with scopes, tracing and debugging memory, latency etc.
You will be working on tasks including developing software on low-powered FPGA/ASIC, at the PHY and link layers wireless protocols (eg Bluetooth, WiFi, WiMax, 3G), audio/video/media processing, development of SDK, evaluation software/demonstrators. Experience in this area is of course very useful.
A full project description and your responsibilities within it are available to qualified applicants. I have consultants in this team already so I can provide you some personal insight to the project when we discuss it on the telephone.
