End User Support/IT Customer Service (Spanish Speaker)

End User Support/IT Customer Service: One of our global clients is urgently seeking a Spanish Speaking IT Support to join their multinational team in a progressive environment for a well-paying and stable 1 year contract in Barcelona.

The ideal IT Support candidate will have the following experience:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including ability to support senior executives
  • Fluent in English and primary customer language(s) for country of assignment, spoken and written
  • Technical knowledge of overall technical components including PC builds, Windows, SCCM, Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office
  • End user hardware installation & issuing:
    o Corporate personal computers (laptops, desktops, tablet PCs) - full build & setup for users, following Mars standards
    o Smartphones - assistance with setup of corporate devices, especially for senior executives (but mainly a self-service model for users)
    o Corporate accessories - issuing keyboards, headsets etc.
  • Ability to provide user assistance with a variety of Smartphones & tablets, plus various meeting room technologies
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
